WE, a 2-year gender inclusion program, offered by TalentSprint and supported by Google, seeks to balance this gender disparity. This experiential interactive online program selects, trains, and nurtures deserving first-year women engineering students to become world-class software engineers.
The first three batches received 55,000 applications, of which around 500 participants were invited to join the program. The program alumni are working with top-tier tech companies.
Based on the overwhelming response and the immense success this program has witnessed so far, the next cohort will have 250 seats. A 100% fee scholarship that covers the complete program fee along with a handsome cash scholarship will be offered to participants.
